Job Description

Our client are looking for an Export Clerk. The prospective employee will be required to hold good written and verbal communication skills as well as being familiar and competent with Microsoft Office. The successful candidate will get the opportunity to work in a vibrant atmosphere reporting directly to senior staff members. Ideally we are seeking someone with freight forwarding knowledge/experience in Exports, however they pride themselves on educating staff with training both inhouse and externally and would consider someone that has just left full time education with a high standard of work ethics coupled with strong administration and customer service skills looking for a career in the Freight Forwarding industry.

Hours of work are regular days 09.00 - 17.30 Monday - Friday and an hour for lunch. Location is Colnbrook so the applicant will be required to have a car and drive to work as public transport is impractical and occasional out of hours work demands transport independence. We offer five weeks holiday per year and paid overtime may be required on occasion. There is also a pension and private healthcare benefits on completion of the probationary period.

Salary is dependent upon experience and can be discussed at point of interview.
