Purpose of the Position:
· Handle and monitor and all Client & Operational activities ensuring compliance with all agreed company policies.
· Handle and monitor all live network activities ensuring adherence to agreed rate structures and pricing policies.
· To work collaboratively with Customer Service and Sales to ensure maximum client satisfaction.
· Work as part of the daily operations of the LHR Control Tower team.
· Managing daily email volumes in the Control Group and Client inboxes.
· Develop and implement customer focused operational policies and procedures
· Assist with complex and escalated Operational issues in accordance with the Night Customer Service / Control Group Supervisor.
· Monitor accuracy of reporting and data base information
· Co-ordinate customer service projects and initiatives
· Ensure Network / Vendor partner compliance on a daily basis, to all agreed company policies, procedures and pricing structures.
Industry Experience ensuring ability to undertake all tasks / responsibilities listed above.
4 on 4 off night shift patterm
Salary is up the 25k depending on experience
