Recruitment Consultant - Colnbrook (SL3)

We are currently recruiting for a Recruitment Consultant to join our new Ground Handling Aviation sector based in Colnbrook SL3. We would also consider employing a Trainee Recruitment Consultant.

The position is permanent for the right candidate.

This exciting new role involves providing a high level of service and accuracy to support our aviation sector clients, whilst presenting a professional corporate image, ensuring that all company procedures are adhered to, total customer satisfaction and a significant contribution to the team is achieved. Full training is provided for this vacancy.

You MUST meet the following criteria to apply:-
· Right to work in the UK
· Excellent communication (written and oral English) along with strong administration and organisational skills
· Be confident to work in a sales and customer service environment
· Full UK/EU driving licence (preferred but not essential)
· PC literate (Email, Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc.)
Key responsibilities, duties and attributes:-
· Working as a team member.
· Ability to communicate effectively with fellow team members, candidates and clients at all levels.
· Manage advertisements on Job Boards, Website and other media to attract suitable candidates.
· You will have an ability to develop business by way of generating sales leads, conducting sales calls and attending sales and service visits.
· Conducting a high volume of telephone interviews, face to face interviews, attend and manage group assessment days across the UK to identify suitable candidates.
· Have a flexible approach to work including flexibility to work extra hours and work away from home when required.
· You must have excellent attention to detail along with good standard of administration, numeracy and literacy and be able to communicate fluently (written and oral) in English.
· An ability to negotiate and influence.

Position details:-
· Salary - GBP19k to GBP25k + Bonus (after trial period) - dependant on experience.
· Hours - 37.5 hours per week, 08.30 to 17.00 Mon to Fri (extra hours as and when required).
