Our client is looking for a minimum of 2 years experience in Customer Support within a Freight Sales department
Main duties:
Develop additional business with existing smaller customers
Supporting Sales team
Internal sales leads
Interfacing between Commercial and Operations team
Liaising with shippers / consignees on free hand business
Working on company CRM
Good communication skills
Well organised - able to prioritise workloads and work under pressure
Good commercial awareness
The hours are 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday
Salary up to GBP30K depending on experience
