Courier Customer Service Agent required to join this well established Courier Wholesale agent

Covering both Import and Export departments

Successful candidate will come from a strong customer service background within same industry

Duties will include:

· Answering incoming calls from potentially new customers and existing customers
· Managing relationships with clients over the phone, by e-mail
· Liaising with customers, suppliers and other departments
· Filtering enquiries and prioritising workload
· Assisting clients with providing status notifications/collection updates and performing necessary
· follow-ups
· Monitoring and actioning of clients emails via the shared Customer Service/Imports mailbox
· Quoting using our Pricing and Tariff Checker
· Dealing with enquiries from start through to finish and knowing when to escalate
· Taking messages and passing on all relevant information to relevant parties
· Building good rapport and customer relation
· Taking ownership of client accounts for daily updates and proactive service
· Arranging international movement of goods through to the UK and Global destinations

Monday to Friday 0900-18:00, 1 hour for lunch, however flexibility will be required as and when needed

Salary cGBP18;000-GBP22;000k, depending experience
