Accounts/Business Admin Clerk 20K

Duties will include

· Entering supplier invoices GBP and Currency invoices
· Matching invoices to cost estimates, accuracy and attention to detail are essential
· Liaising with the Purchase Ledger Clerk to ensure all invoice queries are resolved in a timely fashion
· Implementing the interface between two packages
· Supporting the Office Admin Clerk with various duties i.e. Ordering stationery, printing and drink machine supplies Organising shredding and any other adhoc duties that may be required
be successful for the role you will need to be flexible, with a can do attitude, ideally the right candidate would have experience in the office environment, although training will be given
The ability to work in a team and on your own initiative
