Ocean Freight LCL Export Assistant
General Export Administration, send pre-alerts to worldwide partners
email export departure details to clients.
email invoices to clients containing back-up documents.
load basic consignment details to our operating system.
answer incoming calls,
must have excellent communication skills written and interpersonal skills,
must have can do attitude,
good Microsoft word, excel, PowerPoint
strong organisational skills,
self-motivated.
strong team ethic.
someone who wants to become a part of a good team,
must have at least 2 years freight forwarding experience to apply for this job.
