Contract Logistics Assistant
(may also be known as Contract Logistics Operations Clerk/Contract Logistics Warehouse Customer Service Administrator)
We are looking for just customer focused people. This role will be desk work within the office on email, talking to customers, running picks on the WHMS, using CargoWise.
It is a fast-paced environment and does need someone who has a strong ability to multi task and prioritise workloads and handle the stress of this environment.
A strong administration background and ideally someone who has worked with warehouse managements systems before on the administration.
It will be based within the downstairs office working alongside the warehouse team.
Hours are not moveable - they are still 9am - 6pm.
However, salary is movable and can look at GBP24-30k bracket for the right person.
Annual leave: 23 days, plus bank holidays. Rising 1 day per year after 3 years service, up to a max of 5 additional days.
Pension: Government set
Health: 50% contribution towards a HSF cash plan, up to a specific level.
