To Deliver 3 x salary gross profit in new business from new and retained customers, achieve individual product targets.
Identify new and potential A & B Customers. Build knowledge & relationships to be included in formal RFQ's complete SOW & work closely with Oil & Gas & Tender management.
Minimum of 5 years experience of Petro-chemical / energy projects, working with or for major EPC companies, sales track record of gaining new major business and successfully working to and exceeding Sales Targets.
Excellent relationship building skills, identifying new major business opportunities and ability to close successfully
Ability to prioritize, organize and manage time efficiently is essential
Minimum 10 years industry knowledge and multi-modal experience
A confident communicator, with drive and ambition
Able to work successfully on own, but also as part of a team
Superb communicator and networker
Ability to maintain long term professional relationships
Qualifications / Education
Good standard of written and spoken English
Maths and Geography to a minimum of GCSE standard
Excellent knowledge and relationships with key Engineering companies and International Oil Companies.
Commercial and technical awareness aptitude / skills
Able to negotiate at a high level
