Job Description

Supply Chain Coordinator

Job Purpose:
· To coordinate logistics movements by air/road and sea
· Ensure excellent customer service.
· Work as part of a team dedicated to account

Key Tasks and Responsibilities
· Planning and arrangement of international consignments according to client instructions and requirements
· Completion of export documents
· Completion of export customs entry to be under various CPCs
· End to end monitoring of outbound movements
· Day to day invoicing and job costing
· Booking Collections and deliveries
· Sending job files to FCA freight forwarders advising on goods ready to be collected and arranging collections from various GB and EU plants.
· Sending paperwork to customs for IMP / EXP clearance
· Arranging FTL / LCL vehicles
· Ensure all enquiries or other communications are actioned promptly and efficiently
· Ensuring we meet company DATA Quality KPI with required tracking information
· Ensuring any PM queries are cleared within KPI timeframe
· Demonstrate flexibility and team skills within the site department to ensure consistent and uninterrupted service to the client and their customers
· Administer the operating procedures as defined by the client
· Customer service is paramount and relationship building is essential from day one
· Any other delegated tasks as deemed reasonable as assigned by the reporting superior.

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:
· Good telephone manner and customer service skills are essential
· Attention to detail
· Friendly, calm and professional manner
· Ability to handle pressure and good time-management
· Ability to adapt to change and work effectively as part of a team
· Enthusiasm and self-motivation
