The Air Export Gateway department is looking for a new team member to join the department. The day to day is very dynamic and we are a fast-running department, so if you like to work high pace and have a lot of different task this is the job for you.
KEY TASKS
Day to day timely and effective communication with partners & internal departments via e-mail & telephone.
Engaging with Operations locally and overseas, to ensure high service level towards our clients.
Effectively monitor shipments, consolidations and allocations with airlines.
Maintaining high level of detail on data quality.
Costing responsibility.
Day to day problem solving.
Finalizing documentation according to country requirements.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Be Customer focused with dedication in your service to deliver high quality service.
Ability to maintain positive mind-set when working under pressure, re-prioritising workload where necessary.
Be reliable with the ability to multitask and have strong problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and numeracy.
Excellent IT skills with the ability to learn new systems quickly as required.
Excellent communication skills both verbal/written with a polite, courteous, and professional telephone manner.
The hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
Salary between GBP27K and GBP35K depending on experience
