Snapshot of responsibilities;
First point of Contact for escalated customer queries.
Supporting Manchester Management with the day to day supervision of staff.
Assisting in development and training of Customer Services department.
Export Freight Consignments.
Monitoring internal/external emails.
Assisting the team to meet each customers expectations.
Ensuring customer services reports are completed by the team.
Key Account Customers.
Ensuring the highest level of efficiency & professionalism at all times and across all levels.
Other duties deemed reasonable.

Previous operational experience*Airfreight Exports
High Level of Customer Services
Good product knowledge
Hands on approach, keen eye for detail with the ability to multi task
Leadership qualities and a Peoples person
