Export Agent*Ops & Customer Services*who knows how to assist with the day to day airfreight operations is wanted to join one of the most worldwide largest trade-only airfreight and logistics wholesaler; rest assure the rewards are waiting to be collected by you! Due to business expansion on Manchester Airport, our Client needs your full support and commitment to their busy export operations.

Duties but not limited to
Arranging collections & bookings
Raising relevant EXPORT documentation including MAWBs, HAWBs & NES.
Handling Customer queries for Export Consignments, both on e-mail & phone.
Checking departure of shipments.
Monitoring & maintenance of Bookings, Customer Services & documents
outlook mailboxes, as and when required.
To assist other Agents & Station Management.
Prioritizing workload & meeting deadlines.
At all times providing a bespoke service and tailoring the lot to meet todays forwarding requirements

Previous experience in Export Airfreight or Aviation Cargo.
Minimum 1-3 operational summary.
Strong Customer Services.
Excellent negotiation & communications skills.
Flexible and willing to follow processes/procedures.
Ability to adapt to change & work as part of a team.
Must be proactive and forward thinking.
CO Aviation certificate desirable (training will be provided)

Salary Band GBP20,000-GBP23,000
For Aviation Security Regulations; 5 years checkable references with no gaps have to be provided with application*CRB check to follow.
