Import Export Airfreight
Air operations executive with knowledge of both air import & exports. We are open for an individual to have knowledge in one department with full training provided to support the other Operation required.

The Role will be a 70/30 split with a commercial / Sales Support position.
Responsibilities
· Continuously supporting and building solid relationships with customers, Airlines / GSAs and Suppliers
· Handle all Documentation/files for Import/ Export jobs start to Finish
· Ensuring the customer is kept up to date from start to finish throughout the shipment
· Working Alongside Sales helping to obtain rates while they are on the road
· Invoicing the customer within company time frames and processing supplier invoices
Requirements
· 1+ Years of Experience in Air Export or Air Import
· Knowledge of Customs Regulations and Documentation requirements
· Strong attention to details and accuracy
· Excellent communication and customer service skills
· Ability to work in a team and independently
· Knowledge of MultiFreight would be an advantage but not essential as full training will be provided.
