Customs Brokerage Manager
Providing key support management and guidance to a Customs Brokerage team.
Provide an excellent level of service to our clients on 2/3 major e-commerce Brokerage contracts. Seek efficiencies within the department and across the business to improve process and enhance client experience as well as maximise profitability.
Key responsibilities:
Ø Manage and develop a team of Customs Brokerage Operators
Ø Ensure a balanced flow of work across your whole team.
Ø Provide reporting to Board / Directors and clients as directed
Ø Take part in recruitment activities when required
Ø Conduct regular reviews with the members of your team and identify and follow up individual training needs.
Ø Work with other areas of the business to improve relationships and efficiencies.
Ø Any other duties and responsibilities that may be agreed from time to time.

Must have previous Freight Customs experience
