Part/Full-time Accounts Clerk required to join this busy freight agent locally based
Fantastic location with amazing offices
General accounts background required 2 years experience along with good Admin skills
Must be a good team player. Company uses Sage Cloud 50 so experience in this a must.
Looking for someone who wants to run with the job and make it their own
MAIN DUTIES WILL INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO: -
· Managing the accounts payable process from invoice processing, approval and preparation of payments runs.
· Process payments and receipts in the accounting system and complete bank reconciliations.
· Completing Month end requirements including entering payroll journals and month end accruals.
· Performing customer credit checks prior to new bookings and providing customer credit limits along with ensuring the stay within there credit terms.
· Chasing customer payments
· Quarterly VAT returns.
· Keeping up to date with prepayments.
PERSONAL SPECIFICATION: -
· Excellent Customer Service skills.
· Strong communications skills
· Numerate with accurate attention to detail, including ability to accurately enter data.
· Knowledge of SAGE Cloud 50 Accounts and MS Office Suite
Salary GBP25K Full Time (9am to 5.30pm)
GBP19K Part Time (10am to 3pm)
