Job Description

Our client are looking for a Billing Clerk to complete the following:-

Duties:

· Attention to detail and a finance background required
· Good communication skills (both written and telephonic)
· Make sure invoices are done on time and in the correct manner
· Preparing Invoices to the customers using Cargowise Software.
· Working very closely with the logistics team to assimilate the charges to bill the customer.
· Respond to customer queries and work with the department supervisor
· Responsible to close the Month on 10th of every Month and in busy times this requires flexibility in hours including weekends.
· Approving supplier invoices and liaising with accounts for weekly payments.
· Creating new credit limit applications for new customers.
· Answering customer queries and explaining all the costs associated with the job/invoice.
· Disputing and resolving wrong invoices issued by suppliers
· Assist in basic operations (some knowledge of freight forwarding)
Note: Working knowledge in CargoWise & Minsoft system and prior experience in Freight industry is an added advantage.

Monday to Friday 08:30 to 17:30

Salary Exp: GBP25000- GBP27000
