Job Description

Our client, an established Logistics company based local to Heathrow are currently recruiting for an Export Air Clerk.

Candidate will have experience with start to finish export operations; duties below:

· Liaising with clients, airlines, transport operators and overseas offices
· Booking consignments
· Arranging collections
· Preparation of export documentation (AWBs and Manifests)
· Export customs declarations
· Handling inquiries and dealing with queries
the candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience, however will look at CVs for less

Hours are: Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:30 however flexibility is required for weekends *see below

Weekend work is required and is paid overtime (Every other weekend but no more than 4 hours on a Saturday and sometimes a Sunday again no more than 4 hours. Job and finish)
9-5.30pm but can be later depending on Work load. (especially a Friday but not normally more than an 1hour , hour and a half but again depends on work load)

Salary GBP25,000 depending on experience plus pension
