Job Description

We have a great opportunity for a Customer Care Specialist for one of the biggest freight forwarders near Heathrow.

This is a great opportunity for the right person, working Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm. You can either work 5 days in the office or 3 days in the office and 2 days at home.

The customer care department are responsible for direct interaction with customers.
Looking for 2 years air freight experience with export, also Imports advantage. Preference of Pharmaceutical experience within logistics.

· Previous customer service experience
· 2 years Exports experience
· Import knowledge advantage
· Pharmaceutical experience advantage
· Good IT skills
· Used to building relationships with customers
