Job Description

New opportunity join the team at an excellent and well respected medium size freight forwarding company based in Feltham.

This role is within the companies Air Import department, where you will be processing new imports arriving into the UK and providing excellent customer service throughout the process.

Main responsibilities:

Handling Air import shipments from start to finish
Arranging shipments with origin
Arranging customs clearance and delivery
Keeping the in house system updated and invoicing jobs out
A good understanding of customer service is required

Experience required:

1-2 years minimum experience in Air imports

Qualifications/skills required

A good level of English, oral and written
Basic math knowledge
Familiar with using Excel, Word & Outlook
