Air Import Coordinator required to join this niche forwarder
Ideal candidate will have basic knowledge of Imports Customs entries, along with excellent Customer Service/telephone skills (essential)
Daily duties to include:
Processing Import arrivals from Pre-alert, contacting customers and following Import instruction on type of Customs clearance required (IE BOND/TA/HU ETC)
Arranging delivery with our transport department, maintaining a high level customer service,
Customs entries using sequoia and our bespoke internal computer system.
Additional MIB and an assortment of other bespoke import services we offer to our customers.
You will also have the opportunity to be cross trained in other departments.
The hours are 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday
20 Days annual leave + B/H
Salary is between GBP21,000 - GBP23,000 PA + O/T + Pension + Bonus
