Job Description

New role with this excellent company who are based very near to Feltham, close to London Heathrow.

This Freight Forwarding company are looking for an individual with basic import experience, who will be working in a team handling imports arriving into the UK from various global origins, but specifically the USA.

The duties will include:

Answering the telephone and replying to emails
Liaising with customers and overseas offices
Arranging shipments and ensuring any special delivery instructions are accurately passed onto the relevant team
Handling inbound enquiries from clients, providing service information and quotes
Dealing with any queries and general office duties.

The ideal candidate will have some basic import experience for a Freight Forwarding or Logistics company, and have good communication skills and be PC literate. Being competent with both MS Word & Excel is also a requirement.

Salary will be based on experience, between GBP22k & GBP24k. Mon-Fri 0900-1730.
