Job Description

Fantastic agent are looking to add an Air Import Clerk x2 to their team
Hours Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm / Maybe shifts
Deliver a Superior Customer experience to all customers and proactive in identifying issue and mitigating them, ensure issues raised are resolved quickly.
Closely collaborate with other teams within and across Station/DOC. Act as the first point of contact for customers and actively build strong relationships with customers.
Role
· Be the primary point of contact for customers and act as an advocate for the customer internally. Actively build strong relationships with customers and gain an understanding of their business, service needs, drivers and desires.
· Own the customer experience, Lead the team to achieve best in class Customer service
· Ensure smooth execution of the end to end shipment by working closely with customer and internal stakeholders.
· Adhering to process in line with the agreed execution standards and customer specific IOPs and monitor respective KPIs.
· Identify and execute upselling opportunities, driving value through the network.
Skills Required:
· Min of 1-2 years experience within the industry and some Air Imports experience in a similar position.
· Used to problem solving
· End to end Air process Knowledge
· Operations System Knowledge
· Composure
· Ability to communicate effectively.
Salary depends on experience cGBP28k-GBP30k
