Job Description

Import Co-ordinator required to join one of the leading agents locally based to LHR

This is a Sunday-Thursday role, 09:00 - 17:30 hours although Sundays we can be flexible with start times. Salary will be between 27k - 30k depending on experience.

Good working knowledge of Import Airfreight is essential

General tasks
· Outstanding Customer service
· Managing High volume of orders with minimum issues
· Understanding SOP requirements
· Multi-modal knowledge
· Managing information flow between systems
· Internal/External system correction, system updates
· Manage and liaising with origin offices
· Responding to all queries in a timely fashion
· Ensuring Client is provided with up to date schedules
· Deliveries

Operational tasks
· Pre-alerts
· Customs entries
· Transport deliveries / POD uploads
· Liaising with customers through email and telephone
· Job costing /Invoicing
· Analysis Reporting
