Our client are looking for a Business Commercial Analyst
Overview
This is an important role based in London Heathrow reporting directly to the Sales Director.
The individual will work with various sales performance data tools on key areas such CRM compliance & team/individual performance.
This individual will proactively influence national CRM compliance, ensuring we are the best in class
The ideal candidate will be comfortable working alone and as part of a team, being engaging and effective & have an interest and in sales & customer performance and comfortable with extracting and working with large data sets
An awareness and interest in commercial data and experience in freight forwarding would be advantageous.

Key Activities
· Work with regional & national stakeholders to ensure CRM Data compliance is achieved against all targets
· Be a CRM champion with responsibility for all CRM query management, resolution, and escalation.
· Monitor all sales related data integrity & support the sales team with deadline compliance
· Provide CRM training and support to all UK CRM users.
· CRM Adhoc, Weekly & Monthly KPI reporting so that UK leadership aware of Sales wins and pipeline status.
· Manage internal Europe Business Development data requests, target alignment & campaign compliance monitoring
· Attend all relevant meetings on behalf of the UK commercial team with senior regional heads
· Proactively drive for department excellence
· Produce specific customer reports each month as per agreed timelines & demand
· Provide assistance to the Sales Director during the annual Budgeting process with a focus on customer Revenue, volume and gross margin data collection and analysis
· For larger opportunities, gather data on the bid and offer terms to feed into a UK Investment case working with finance counterparts.
· Support to the wider team on various department tasks & initiatives as directed by the SD
Essential Experience and Knowledge
· Must be at ease using a number of different systems and platforms
· Good interpersonal skills and engaging personality so that can deal with various internal stakeholders throughout the business and interact across the functions of sales, finance and marketing in particular.
· Ability to work as part of a fast-paced national team to support overall sales growth & achieve department targets
· Intermediate Excel Skills -
· Freight Forwarding experience
· Commercial awareness
