International Moving organisation in Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire, is looking for a Sales support Executive (3/4 month FTC) to assist with the delivery of Move Management to customers, as well as co-ordinate and deliver administration support services to ensure smooth and efficient running of the customers move.
1. Processing invoices
2. Supporting KL with purchase invoice processing
3. Credit card payment processing
4. Provide admin services to all Move Managers with all aspects of the service delivery for customers
5. Answer the telephone, re-direct and take messages efficiently and in a professional manner.
6. Inputting, updating and maintain database systems
7. Co-ordinate and distribute incoming e-mails on a regular basis.
8. Assist with scanning, copying, issuing and chasing of documents.
9. Provide all other duties as may be required.

· First class communication skills, both written and verbal
· Excellent Customer Service skills
· Excellent telephone manner
· Excellent computer skills especially with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
