Job Description

Purpose of Job:

To provide a technical service support and resources to the clients and staff.

To provide professional support to all clients and staff in areas of basic maintenance, housekeeping, reception and security.

Provide and ensure a friendly, efficient and professional customer service to all visitors and employees and consistently exceed their expectations

Maintain and support development of existing processes and procedures, use of all internal systems and equipment to support business objectives.

Co-ordinate, develop and promote brand, services and products at all times.

The working week is any 5 days over 7.


Experience of Customer Service, Operations, Events Management in a hospitality environment or similar.
Experience of hands on support roles in hospitality environment
Detailed understanding and practice of IT and technical solutions for conference and training centre with an understanding of how to achieve good outcomes in challenging circumstances that please a wide user group.

Shifts will vary and include weekends and bnak holidays

Salary is 16k
