Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

.....Managing team of administration personnel responsible for eCommerce order processing through WMS system
(3PL Central).
.....Ensuring customer enquiries/instructions are received and responded to.
.....Receiving instructions from clients and ensuring these are followed by warehouse fulfilment team.
.....Monitoring inbound stock deliveries (primarily oceanfreight container imports), in order to preplan put-away,
warehouse locations & pending order fulfilment.
.....Recording outbound order information and updating clients.
.....Management of returns process / recording.
.....Commercial responsibility invoicing, revenue optimisation, capturing billable activities.
.....Process improvement continuous improvement, reviewing existing processes in all areas of the fulfilment services
operation to identify potential efficiencies, better practice, scalable processes.
.....Client performance analysis are we maximising revenue potential? Are clients achieving acceptable profit
margins?
.....Inventory Planning ensuring that inbound/outbound inventory projections are monitored to avoid exceeding
warehouse capacity.
.....Account Management responsible for operational client relationship management. Building and maintaining
strong relationships with clients, gaining their projections for inbound/outbound flows, business direction, new
developments and products etc.
.....New client implementations. Working closely with VP Supply Chain & General Manager to introduce and
implement new clients to the operation, produce standard operating procedures, system set-up and operational
implementation.
.....New supplier implementations. To introduce and negotiate favourable pricing/services with new suppliers (e.g.
couriers, hauliers). To maintain relationships with suppliers and be responsible for monitoring their performance
and addressing poor service levels.

.....Experience of working in a busy, office environment.
.....Proficient with standard software packages, especially MSWord, Excel and Outlook.
.....Proficient/familiar with using WMS Warehouse Management Systems.
.....Used to working as part of a team.
.....Good people management skills.
.....Great customer service & communication skills.
Special requirements (e.g. languages, extensive travel, driving qualifications)
