Overall objective or main function of the job:
Responsible for maintaining customer contact, by accepting bookings, providing quotations and dealing with any enquiries or requests; ensure correct Freight is applied for each booking, expand existing Customer base, handle quotes day to day within the client base for the FCL product and introduce portfolio of services to potential Customers ; your goal is to maximise opportunities. You will be providing the highest level of Customer Service in the industry through prompt, competitive rate quotations, completion and accurate recordings of bookings with a high degree of professional communication skills.

Skills/Requirements:
Experience in one of these sectors: Freight Forwarding, Shipping, NVOCC, Logistics- Desired
Commercial awareness and able to commute across all levels
Excellent Customer Services
Communication & interpersonal skills
Strong negotiator and self -starter
Team player & enthusiastic
