Proven track record of Ocean Freight- 5+years
Operations Imports & Exports.
Professional profile with an exceptional customer service mentality across all levels.
A keen and robust team spirit/player.
Able to adapt to changes and work effectively as part of a team.
You will be involved with;
Ocean Imports/Exports FCL/LCL
Operations & Customer Services
Checking documents to ensure all is correct for customs purposes .
Liaise with Operations and overseas offices to ensure customer commitments are delivered upon.
Effective monitoring to ensure deliveries are completed within the agreed timelines.
Invoicing and cost negotiations
Problem solving and dealing with queries
Maintaining good relationship with customers, ensuring a high level of customer service interface and the achievement of continuous service improvements
