Due to expansion, our Client is actively seeking for a seasoned AirFreight Export Clerk to assist their busy operations. Mainly handling Airfreight Exports and covering Air Imports in time as when required.
Scope and Responsibilities;
To handle general airfreight export operations from start to finish.
Quotes, operations, clients/supliers,billing and bringing a margin to the department.
Responsible for the development of the business relationship between the Company &
existing customers.
Serving allocated portfolio of customers in line with agreed operating procedures.
Export entries & export shipping documntation (customs)
You will co-ordinate the movement of all shipments, customs clearances and deliveries.
Use of CargoWise
Ensure that invoices are generated accurately and in a timely manner
Tick the criteria?
Good background in AIRFREIGHT EXPORTS
2 + years experience in a similar role
Dedicated to providing a high level of customer service, with the ability to go above & beyond
Team player
Confident and articulate communicator
Excellent commercial acumen
Proficient in using MSOffice & familiar with bespoke IT software packages - knowledge of
CargoWise would be an advantage.
