Liaison with Blue Chip Clientele, Overseas Agents, Airlines & 3rd party Logistics suppliers
Shipping documentation*HAWB-MAWB-DG Notes-Letters of Credit
Submitting Export entries/Export licences
Dealing with special airfreight export requirements/project cargo/hazardous shipments
Keeping Clients updated at all times with the status of their shipments.
Handling queries, resolving issues and providing excellent customer services at all times
Standard airfreight administration and job costing.
Experience in Cargowise operating system - would be a bonus!
