Overall you will be involved in all elements of customer services and operations, providing your best support and introducing innovative airline solutions to customers across the globe at every opportunity!!

Duties:
Taking reservations and adding to the airlines booking system.
Making onward connection bookings.
Liaising with air transportation for spot rates/contract rates.
Monitoring daily freight on-hand for the main uk stations.
Producing bookings sheets for Ground Handling Agents.
Providing daily trucking instructions.
Updating the flown shipments on in-house system.
Providing great customer services, from resolving issues,finding best soltions,
serving clients professionally and efficiently across all levels.
Supplier invoice checking.
Other duties deemed necessary or advised by management.

Skills/Requirements/Other
Proven track record in customer services & administration.
Adaptable, enthusiastic, motivated and keen to learn.
An individual who can spot potential to make a profit and take an opportunity.
Team player and able to use own initiative.
Have the ability to spot or react to problems that may occur and have the confidence to solve.
Excellent customer services, outstanding communication and relationship building qualities.
Previous experience in sectors such as: Airline or GSA or GHA or Airfreight Forwarding
Airline/Airfreight Exports or Imports or both beneficial.

Salary band: GBPNegotiable
