Dealing with all incoming reservations and customer enquiries worldwide market/cargo flights. Quoting, taking bookings and processing these accordingly.
Identifying customer needs and provide solutions and alternatives which best support each customer and the business. Problem solving and providing updates regards collections/deliveries of shipments.Playing a pivotal role in moving cargoes Exports/Imports.
Maximise selling opportunities balanced with operational and customer services.
Monday to Friday from 8am to 630pm
1 x Sat every 4 weeks on OT; aprox 4 hours
37.5 hours per week.
Previous experience in Aviation Cargo or Freight Forwarding or Logistics would be great advantage.
Strong relationship builder
