You will be involved with;
Ocean Exports FCL/LCL
Operations & Customer Services
Prepare export commercial documents, house and master bills of lading
Process documents and issue arrival notices timely and accurately
Invoicing and cost negotiations
Problem solving and dealing with queries
Maintaining good relationship with customers, ensuring a high level of customer service interface and the achievement of continuous service improvements
