Due to volume of business and successful forwarding plans, Ocean Import Operator is wanted!! Privately owned UK Forwarder with global presence and proven track history of growing from strength to strength. For those who are competent in OCEAN IMPORTS can handle the day to day import freight operations and excel in providing top service; this opportunity cannot be missed, it is on top of the charts!
In few words you will be involved with the following;
Completing all of the below with an outstanding level of Customer Services
Ocean Freight Imports
Frequent liaison with overseas agents, suppliers & 3rd party logistics providers
Advising customers of Cargo ETAs & upon arrival into the UK
Receiving, checking and completing Ocean Import documentation
Planning and arranging deliveries as per client requirements
Charging files out and passing purchase invoices to the relevant department
Dealing with any queries that may arise & general problem solving
Worldwide markets

Proven track record within IMPORTS* Freight Forwarding industry

Commitment to delivering the highest standard of services to long served clientelle.
Good team playing ethos and able to develop effective relationships with customers & colleagues. Commercial awareness with good communication and sales flair.
