Job Description

Logistics Administrator & Customer Services wanted to join a well-established organization with proven success in the import & export fashion world!

This varied role will involve;
Arranging goods for deliveries with customers and carriers.Processing sales orders.
Maintaining records.Setting up new customer/supplier records.
Coordinating the implementation of new contracts/orders.
Manage and direct correspondence coming into the office.
Booking deliveries with customers.Booking deliveries with carriers to collect and deliver to customers.Passing orders to warehouse to pick / pack and prepare for collection.
Booking in / out courier parcels.
Handling all incoming complaints.
Providing excellent customer service
Handling day to day telephone enquiries.
First point of contact for customers and dealing with any queries arising.
Running the small office and dealing with customer accounts
Updating customer records and files.
Stationary management/ ordering.
General office duties.

Who are we looking for;
Proven track record of Administration & Customer Services
Organized with attention to detail and flexible
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work under pressure & in a fast-paced environment
Excellent listening, interpersonal skills and a flair for great service and leading by example
Proficient user of IT systems.
Knowledgeable with Sage Line 50 would be great advantage.
Salary Band: GBP18,000-GBP20,000
