Job Description
Logistics Coordinator - This role would specifically before Sea freight activity, but knowledge of Airfreight also would be an advantage. The candidate must have suitable working experience and a minimum of 2 years to be considered.
Salary: GBP27k - GBP29k dependent on experience.

Deliver high quality transportation solutions for our customers through the effective communication with both customers and suppliers to ensure the customers needs are satisfied in relation to quality, cost and delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Execute transportation activities in accordance with all customer service requirements
Adhere to operational margins by customer
Ensure on-time delivery of cargo by tracking loads through to delivery and providing customer updates, where necessary

Utilise problem solving tools to implement corrective actions with suppliers when needed
Provide world class customer service, and take ownership for assigned customers
Actively identify savings opportunities through load consolidation activities
Communicate with shippers and suppliers to ensure maximization of container utilisation
Enter accurate data into system for booking, tracking and billing shipments
