Project Analyst
Lead key projects from planning and scope definition to ensuring on-time and within budget delivery of project objectives
Identify and analyze project opportunities and logistics solutions offering cost reduction opportunities, value add and/or efficiency gains
Review the structure of logistics flows to define available benefits from drawing these into a coordinated network structure
Analyze non-conformance reports to identify recurring issues and opportunities for improvement plans. Liaise with Procurement on options for solution and assist with corrective actions when necessary
Create project scope, purpose and implementation plan for approval by Regional Manager
Structure and lead cross-functional teams of appropriate personnel to deliver project requirements and tangible performance results
Provide reports of project progress and deficiencies to management team, including actions in place to overcome any shortfalls
Define and develop global business support to introduce best and standard practice and align service offer and capabilities across regions
Enhance the culture and core values of our services and push organization to meet customer scorecard expectations
Ensure all business is conducted in accordance with the companys operational and safety procedures, as per the company Control Manual and Delegation of Authority

Essential Qualifications & Experience
Organisational skills to manage and deliver multiple projects with deadlines.
Strong analytical and numerical skills (including MS Office Suite).
Demonstrated strong and effective organizational skills
Proven ability to work with internal colleagues, external partners and stakeholders.
Desired Qualifications & Experience
Process engineering experience
Lean/Six Sigma
Experience of leading projects and process improvements within logistic enviroment.
Essential Competencies
Excellent communication and presentation skills coupled with the drive and desire to offer market leading supply-chain support solutions to customers
Able to pro-actively identify opportunities for improvement and areas of concern, then make recommendations and implement solutions
Excellent data analytics within logistics / supply chain context
Working knowledge of MS Office Applications
are looking for an energetic, personable candidate to seek improvements and work closely with the operations team to implement change. Project management or analyst experience is essential and previous logistics experience would be a benefit.

The salary banding for this role is between GBP35k - GBP45k depending on qualifications and experience. Life insurance and contributory pension scheme is also part of the package.
