TRANSPORT CUSTOMER SERVICE ADMINISTRATOR

£10.00 - £11.00 per hour

Immediate Start

7 to 9 MONTH CONTRACT

Monday to Friday 9am – 6pm

Based in Newtownabbey / County Antrim

We have an immediate opening for a TRANSPORT CUSTOMER SERVICE ADMINISTRATOR to join a busy Transport office, working Monday to Friday 9AM – 6PM and paying £10.00 - £11.00p/h.

This is a 7am to 9 Month Temporary Contract, covering Maternity leave

The role of TRANSPORT CUSTOMER SERVICE ADMINISTRATOR will be,

  • Responding to customer enquiries regarding deliveries and collections,
  • Updating the Transport Management Systems with required information,
  • Updating Excel Spreadsheets
  • Chasing POD’s,
  • Answering pricing enquiries,
  • Responding to emails and answering calls,
  • Gaining information and advising of transport changes,
  • All general office administration

The role requires a candidate with good communication and customer service skills, who can work in a busy and fast paced environment. Is IT Savvy and can learn new systems and ways of working quickly and works with attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.

The successful candidate will need to have a clean criminal record and 5 year checkable work history.
