The role entails:
Selling Airfreight Export & Import Freight solutions to clients across the North-West region. Managing own diary, arranging customer appointments, profiling requirements and identifying new financially viable opportunities from the visits.
Improving services and quality to customers, to encourage continued business development and customer longevity, through maintaining and building open and collaborative relationships. Providing quotations and negotiating rates with national and international customers. Building strong relationships with potential customers and bringing to life expired accounts. Working strategically with the UK sales team to increase personal and branch profitability.

Person Specification:
Proven track record of Airfreight Freight Forwarding Sales.
Thorough, clear market and industry knowledge is essential.
Effective communication skills; able to build and maintain long standing relationships. Highly motivated and thrive on pursuing, obtaining new business on board and taking these to completion level.
Able to work on their own initiative, understand client needs, influence and be proactive in their approach.
Confident in making clear decisions with rising profits being the end result!
