Customer Service Representative & Operations


To work in the Customer Service & Operations,

Direct Contact with Customers via Telephone / email
Working on Santis internal booking system
Booking shipments onto system
Being able to work to deadlines
Being able to manage workload independently when required
Working in a team of 5 / 6
Being able to work under pressure
Processing shipments for shipping


Hours - 2 shifts

0800 - 1700
1000 - 1900
Monday - Friday
