Airfreight & Sea freight Import Clerk (Mandarin Speaker preffered)
· Monday-Friday 08:00 - 17:00

Job Description:
Handling air /sea imports start-finish
Dealing with queries
Raise invoice and finalise job files
Supporting the Freight operations team
Liaising with customers, airlines and other company branches
Completing Import Customs entries with necessary HMRC and in-house systems (preferable)
Review and prepare all relevant documentation for all aspects of the transportation of goods
Handling air /sea imports start-finish
A good level of English and Mandarin (oral and written)
Bachelor degree with UK working permit
Must have previous air/sea import experience start-finish (Minimum 1 year)
Export, international logistics and E-commerce is preferable
Familiar with using Excel, Word & Outlook
