This Vacancy is based in Sunbury - on - Thames and We are looking for someone to help with both our domestic and commercial customers
Handling incoming domestic enquires Emailing out details and taking bookingsContacting our extensive database of existing customers offering them our maintenance services Research our commercial customer base online to obtain details and contact them by phone to find out who is the person in charge of organising their maintenanceGeneral Admin duties
We require someone who is enthusiastic, has good communication skills, confident on the phone and proficient with computers. The candidate must have an interest in learning how solar works and be able to use this knowledge when handling enquires. Suitable candidate will have worked in a sales / customer services background.
Pay and work hours
The role is full time, Monday to Friday (9:00-5:30pm)
Salary: GBP20,000-GBP21,000 depending on experience
