JOB PURPOSE:
As a Food and Beverage Assistant your focus is to create positively memorable dining experiences for our guests by serving customers to a consistently Outstanding standard. You will pay attention to the details, finding moments of delight for your customers that will highlight your commitment to the customer.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
· Ensuring that the Restaurant is clean and that all preparation is carried out to ensure a smooth service for all guests and diners
· Anticipating customers needs wherever possible, making menu recommendations and responding to all queries, with customer satisfaction at the forefront of what you do
· Complying with legislative and safety regulations
· Supporting the achievement of quality and guest satisfaction goals
· Keeping your knowledge up-to-date, enabling you to make recommendations to guests.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
· Demonstrable success in a customer service position, or a passion for people and a desire to succeed within a customer facing role
· Able to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
· Results focussed with an overwhelming desire to succeed
· A passion for the Food and Beverage industry and keeping up-to-date with trends
· Advanced IT skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint. Results focussed with an overwhelming desire to succeed

GBP11.75 per hour
