Job Description
Our client is looking for a Reception supervisor in a 4* hotel - KT13
Opera PMS knowledge is ideal not essential
The hours of work will be-
Nights- 22.45 to 07.15
Days- 06.45 to 15.15
Position responsibilities include but aren't limited to:
· To ensure the efficient and smooth running of the guest services / front office department, dealing with guest requests in a professional and timely manner.
· Ensure all guest requests and enquiries are handled professionally, providing callers with comprehensive information regarding hotel services.
· To answer all incoming calls and transfer to the relevant department or take a message in their absence.
· Ensure all requests are recorded and actioned in accordance with company policy and in an efficient and courteous manner.
· To be aware at all times of current business targets and to focus at all times on achieving these targets.
· Deal with guest requests in a friendly manner
· Smooth running of the Guest services department
· Ensure night audit is completed
· Taking full responsibility as duty manager
· Ensure the safety of the hotel during the shift, ensuring the security walks are done
· Ensure night room service is carried out
Need to start ASAP and will be working 2-5 times per week including weekends
