Our client are looking for a Commercial Co-ordinator to join them on a permanent, full-time basis.

The Role

As a Commercial Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the International Freight Forwarding (IFF) operations with all aspects of commercial activities.

Leading the tender management process, youll manage all requests for quotes (RFQs). Youll monitor progress, ensure that information is correct and identify the best route for them to be processed and distributed.

Alongside the Sales Team, youll create a RFQ pipeline of submissions for the RHQ business development process.

Additionally, you will:

- Develop and distribute UK IFF product sheets
- Highlight IFF activities for group marketing for external promotion
- Establish local carrier contacts
- Review carrier fixed costs and maintain surcharge matrices
- Log feedback for all AFF quotations
- Produce a variety of reports

About You

To be considered as a Commercial Co-ordinator, you will need:

- Experience of Air Freight Forwarding
- Excellent stakeholder management and customer service skills
- Organisational skills
- A commercial mindset with great attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- IT proficiency
