Transport Customer Service Representative


Core Responsibilities and duties;
Handling key client accounts and building good working relationships.
Using Excel to calculate quotes
Responding to information requests via email or telephone
Entering booking details onto our Transport Management system
Liaising with the Traffic Team to ensure any delays are relayed to client in a timely manner, to
ensure any issues are resolved quickly.
