Role Involves:
Maintain close relationships with all departments within the company to ensure smooth process.
To execute exports shipments effectively and efficiently to meet and exceed customer and company expectations.
Build and maintain relationship with customers & proactively update them on any delays.
Ensure files are invoiced accurately in a timely manner in line with customers requirements.
Identify and resolve issues efficiently and report any issues in a timely manner to your manager.
Always adhere and comply with HMRC/Government regulations and IATA security.
Liaising with local & overseas offices/airlines.
Experience needed:
1 year+ Export experience ideally within a large freight forwarder.
Good IT skills including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Good understanding of terminology & documentation awb / mawbs and Customs documents.

This is a full-time position based Didcot, Oxford. Working hours are Monday to Friday from 9.00 am to 5.30 pm. Working hours may vary depending on workload and requirements of the business.
