We are seeking to recruit a LOGISTICS CUSTOMER SERVICE CLERK with an immediate start. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 09.00 – 5.30pm, the role is based in Newport Pagnell (MK16)
We are seeking a candidate who possesses excellent Customer Service skills and able to communicate effectively across all levels, an excellent telephone manner, confident in their approach and always striving to offer customers and colleagues the highest level of service. Who is also able to work in a fast paced environment with the Logistics, Distribution & Supply Chain industry sector.
All candidates will need be IT Literate and conversant in Microsoft Excel and able to work with a high level of attention to detail and level of accuracy.
Working for a Global Freight Forwarding and Logistics organisation the role of LOGISTICS CUSTOMER SERVICE CLERK will be to;

IMPORT SHIPPING CLERK
£20,000 - £25,000 per annum
Monday to Friday
Based in Birmingham (B25)
Previous Import Shipping experience desired
We are working with a large manufacturer & distributor in the Birmingham area who are looking to recruit an IMPORT SHIPPING CLERK who has previously worked in freight forwarding or shipping handling Import operations.
Based in Birmingham (B25) hours of work Monday – Friday and offering a salary £20,000 to £25,000 per annum.
The role will be to work in a busy Shipping department handling Import Shipping operations for primarily Seafreight and European Roadfreight shipments.
The role will be to process Import shipments from bookings, receipt of notifications, checking of shipping documentation, processing Import Customs declarations and handling all email and telephone communication between freight forwarders, customers, overseas agents and carriers.
The role requires a candidate who has worked in Imports and is seeking a new challenge.
SEAFREIGHT EXPORT OPERATOR
£22,000 TO £27,000 – Depending on experience
Exports / Freight / Shipping
Based in West Midlands (B62)
We are seeking to recruit a SEAFREIGHT EXPORT OPERATOR to join a busy Freight Forwarding office based in Halesowen, West Midlands.
The role of Seafreight Export Operator is to handle Seafreight Export operations from start to finish, for both FCL & LCL shipments. In return the package available is £22,000 - £27,000 per annum (depending on level of experience), working Monday -Friday and based in West Midlands (B62)

This is an excellent opportunity for candidate who have previous Freight Forwarding experience, or who has worked in Export Shipping on behalf of a manufacturer and would like to move over to Freight Forwarding.
The successful candidate will need to be hard working, willing to train and learn new ways of working, friendly & approachable as well as possessing strong administration, communication and customer service skills.
LOGISTICS DATA ENTRY/PROCESSOR
Monday – Friday 10am – 6pm
£10.00ph - £11.50ph
Based in Daventry (NN11)
Immediate Start – Temp / Temp to Perm
We are working with a global Freight & Logistics organization who work with a prestigious automotive customer and they are seeking to recruit a LOGISTICS DATA ENTRY/PROCESSOR to join the team.
The role will be to work in LOGISTICS ADMINISTRATION and in particular EXPORT CUSTOMS and requires a candidate with excellent administration skills.
Hours of work are Monday to Friday – 10am – 6pm and offering a salary of £10ph - £11.50ph with an IMMEDIATE START.
Duties will be to obtain data from various different sources, entering the data into the Customs software system, generate office certificates and shipping documentation enabling the Export of freight to Europe.
